Welcome! Created in 1989 by the Director's Office of the Department of Administrative Services, Leadership Oregon is the executive leadership development program for the State of Oregon.


Leadership Oregon's mission is to support and enhance the professional and personal development of Oregon state managers through an interactive and practical curriculum that expands an awareness of self, state government, and local communities while promoting excellence in public service.
